I was out of town for two weeks and missed the whole fledging thing.  What a thrill to see the video though.  What a beautiful bird.  I want to come to the station on Saturday.  Count me in.  I was there since the first egg hatched. 

12:42  Adult Female lands at 3 - Hawkling on platform at 12.  Adult pickd up carcass and checks it over and looks at over then starts to tear at it and eat.  Hawkling watching and turning head with great intensity.  I believe this to be the remains of the carcass that Thunder was eating.  Did someone see her drop the ...

1147 Can't tell what the prey is , but he is still eating about 15minutes later.  Good meal!

11:30  H in nest eating prey.  I didn't see the food drop but he is eating vigorously.

10:37  Bacl to the safety and security of the nest - H laying down and resting.

20:27  Thunder sitting in nest bowl.  Kay on platform at 12 preening.  T awake and looking around.  Both facing 6.
