Hi all - I have driven by the KJRH tower neumerous times but haven't been lucky enough to spot either Kay or Jay in over a month - I know they'll be back... hope to report soon that I've seen them.
I also check out the tower by Mazzio's almost daily...but no hawks when I am looking.
Happy Halloween to all.

I too saw our favorite pair perched on the tower sitting next to each other yesterday. Workaholic, I was there aroung 5 p.m. so they must have stayed for awhile.
Also saw one of them this morning around 7:30 while driving through for a bagel - he/she was on a lower bar -
CamFan - no need to comment each time. I am grateful to live so close ...

Update:
Kay and Jay were on the tower yesterday, sitting right next to each other on one of the high bars, facing south (around 6 p.m.). Also saw one of them (don't know which one) this morning on my bagel shop run - same bar, facing south (around 7:45 a.m.). No other sightings for past week or so - I go by the tower at least once a day ...

(I waved good morning but he/she didn't respond to my human greeting.)

Monday 5:50 p.m. - Both Kay and Jay hanging out on their favorite KJRH tower - not on same post, but close (one was just under the nest area - other was on same post that Catgirl photographed last week) -
Happy Monday all.

I ...

Well - it's a beautiful afternoon here in Tulsa and I just saw Kay and Jay, side by side, watching over their KJRH territory - looking south - way up high on tower (just below the nest area) - made me smile!

One beautiful hawk way up high on KJRH tower post. I couldn't tell who it was, but only saw one. This was at 5:50 p.m. today.
