Thank you! My husband and I try to get as many bird pics as we can, and if we can catch an eagle (a picture, that is), it's truly a great day! The hawks aren't too shabby either.

Kardsharp and MWC, I'm glad to see you've made it into the forum from the chat room! I wish we had a little more to celebrate, but I hope you'll look around and explore all the information that's available here. It represents a lot of hours of observation, research, and discussion. Yeah, I think the Hamilton peregrines are US emigres, as I recall.

I read through some of the posts and I believe Weeyin is from Toronto as well. Neat, that there's two hawk-watchers from the same area in Canada watching the daily grind of two nesting hawks in Oklahoma ;) I think there's a peregrine cam for a somewhat local pair of peregrines nesting in the Hamilton, Ontario area somewhere (about a 45 minute drive from Toronto).

Glad you made it in. I think Weeyin is somewhere around your neighborhood––Eastern Canada, as I recall, although that doesn't narrow it down much.
