Bville, you are amazing! Thanks so much! What an impressive raptor to do all of it's hard raising an owlett work in January and February. I'm gald to know that the nesting time is over, since that is when they are the most protective. They sound like a bird that you don't want to mess with! In my first post, I ment to say....It was so cool, not....I was so cool! It really was neat to hear. It was the classic Who Who Who and I never thought that would be a great horned owl sound. My assumtion is whether they are still feeding an owlett or not, they still could prey on baby red-tails, so I'll keep you posted.
