Hi, Wings. The camera finally went back on the nest at about 12:30 PM by my calculations, and in reviewing the video, I saw only the lone egg in the nest, except for a brief starling visit a few minutes ago.
Wow, Wings, so sorry to hear about Casey. My daughter's dog, Samantha, is also a beagle. She's about 12-13 years old and seems to have an abdominal growth, but she keeps on soldiering on and doesn't seem to be in any particular discomfort. My thougts will be with you, and I'll be pulling for Casey.
