    Camera problems

Clearly we had a camera problem over the weekend.

Our newsroom got a couple of emails but for whatever reason never called me.

I noticed the problem Sat. afternoon/early evening when I got on line, called the station and got it fixed.

IF YOU'RE STILL NOT SEEING THE IMAGE:

Probably a browser caching problem. Try refreshing the page... or if you're really feeling brave, go to TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS, look for the "Browsing History" area, and blow out your cookies and cached files. Alternatively, try this SUPER SECRET HIDDEN LINK:

    http://www.kjrh.com/content/live/live2.aspx

It's the page I use for breaking news/weather and utilizes the same encoder.

Finally, my cell phone number's 918-812-1870 and honestly I'm okay with taking phone calls :)

Thank You.  My connection was here early this morning but then it went black again.  I did what you said and when to my Internet Options and deleted cookies and cached files.  Now is works.  Thanks.

    Re: Camera problems

Will there be precautions taken to make sure the camera is on during the weekend so that we might be able to see the fledge if it occurs over the weekend?

Russell - I hope you or someone at KJRH is ready to run outside with your video camera when Thunder finally gets up the courage to fly.  We need to see where she goes.  How is that for being obsessed?

    Re: Camera problems

LOL I think we're all a bit obsessed...

Of course we're in the middle of May sweeps AND tornado season so we have a lot going... but we're sure going to try!

Put Thunder on, and I'll push for it for May sweeps.  Isn't this a community service project anyway?

9:07am  I was watching Thunder on full screen & all of a sudden it went back to the main hawk nest page & now the option for full screen is greyed out.  Did the player settings change?Sad  I'll try again later.
