Oral Roberts University Theatre presents the creative three-act play Life x 3 by Yasmina Reza Nov. 12-14 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. in the Charles E. Norman Theatre at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.

Third time’s the charm or so they say, but ORU’s performance of Life x 3 will leave theatre-goers wanting more. To set the stage… a research scientist, Henri, and his wife Sonia are relaxing at home, their young son already tucked into bed. Henri has invited his superior to dinner at their home the next evening. The guests arrive unexpectedly a day early and the audience watches as an awkward evening ensues.

The creative twist to this show is that this same scene is repeated three times. But by making only small changes, the author shows how the evening can turn out differently. With a proper attitude life can be lived happily, but with a bad attitude, it can be miserable, is the life lesson of this production.
