"Let's Fight the Flu Together" Flu Vaccination Clinic
Discovery School Parent Teacher Organization has partnered with Flu Busters to provide a flu vaccination clinic to the community.
Children are attacked by the flu more frequently than any other age group. The CDC recommends vaccinating ALL children aged 6 months through 18 years old against influenza.
FREE for all Medicaid and SoonerCare recipients. Just pre-register at http://www.flubusters.com/pta.html to reserve your vaccination.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Vaccinations will be administered by qualified health professionals and each vaccination will cost $25 (if not covered by insurance).
