A movie screening of the film documentary “Vaccine Nation” will be held on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 7 p.m. at the Eton Square Cinema. Sponsored by Sowing Wellness, Water on the Run, and Natural Farms, the special screening will feature a video introduction by one of the experts interviewed in the film, Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the non-profit National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC). Fisher will be on live teleconference hook-up after the film to answer questions from the audience. Autographed copies of Barbara Loe Fisher's book, a Spa Day, a coop membership at Natural Farms, and water bottles with a daily refill from Water on the Run, and more will be given away as door prizes.
“Vaccine Nation,” which was produced by holistic health filmmaker Gary Null, looks at the history of vaccination and contemporary controversy about vaccine safety and effectiveness. The film features interviews with medical researchers, physicians, legislators, legal experts, vaccine safety advocates and parents of vaccine injured children.
