The City of Claremore is hosting the 4th Of July Fireworks Celebration on Friday, July 3rd at Claremore Lake Park.
Claremore Lake Park will close on June 30th at 10:00 pm and will reopen Friday, July 3rd at 7:00 am, for the Kids Fishing Tournament; it will close again at 12 noon after the tournament.
The park will re-open at 6:00 pm with entertainment starting at 6:15 with The Travelers taking the stage; at 7:00 there will be a magic show presented by Magic Mike and at 7:30 we will salute the flag with a Flag Raising Ceremony by Claremore Fire Department along with the National Anthem. Heartland Express will play at 7:45, then Sixx Gunn Hill at 8:30 and the grand celebration at 9:30 (or dark) with the spectacular Fireworks Show.
This FREE event is presented by the City of Claremore and parking will be at the Will Rogers Stampede Arena, weather permitting. Bring your lawn chairs, family & neighbors; concessions will be available; alcohol is not allowed in the park; private fireworks are not allowed in the park; and only handicapped parking will be allowed in the park. Please NO pets.
